Big Changesare happening with student systems on campus. Tele-BEARS, BearFacts, ScheduleBuilder, MyFinAid, CARS, and more are being retired and replaced over the coming weeks and months.

CalCentral is becoming your One Place to get things done. Starting in April, you'll be going through CalCentral to enroll in fall 2016 semester classes, and begin seeing your available financial aid and scholarship information.

The SIS project team has been working hard to integrate student systems to improve the Berkeley student experience. Come be the first to see and experience what Tele-BEARS and BearFacts are being replaced with! This is an amazing opportunity to provide your input into the new system that will mark a milestone in Berkeley's history.

Workshops

At the workshops, you'll get to walk through the new financial aid module, including viewing your budgets and awards and accepting loans (if applicable). You'll also get to get a sneak preview of the new enrollment process, and view how students will be searching for, choosing, and enrolling in courses for fall semester 2016.

  • March 15 (6-7pm or 7-8pm): Financial Aid and Enrollment preview
  • April 12 (6-7pm or 7-8pm): Enrollment

If you will be a continuing undergraduate or graduate student in fall semester 2016, this is your chance to provide feedback on the new system that will used by every Berkeley student next year!
